These Terms apply when you use lifeisshirt.com and send us a Request through the order form. By sending a Request you agree to them. LifeIsShirt LLC (“we”, “us”) runs this site.

A Request tells us what you would like printed: the product, your design, sizes, quantities and your contact details. It is not an order and you pay nothing when you send it. We reply by email with a price and timing. An order exists only once you accept our quote in writing, and it will be governed by the terms we send with that quote.

You keep all rights to the design you upload. By uploading it you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to store and view the file only to review your Request and prepare a quote. We may decline any Request, including designs that infringe copyright or trademarks, or contain hateful or unlawful content.

Do not send Requests on someone else’s behalf without their consent, and do not send automated or bulk submissions. We may block traffic that looks automated.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from a Request we decline or do not answer.

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
