Privacy Policy

LifeIsShirt LLC (“we”, “us”) runs lifeisshirt.com. This policy explains what we collect when you send a Request through our order form, and what we do with it.

What you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, the product, sizes and quantities, and your comment. The design file, if you upload one. Your IP address, which we use only to stop spam and automated submissions.

To read your Request, reply to it with a quote, and follow up about it. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

We use a small number of providers who process data for us, all in the United States: Neon (our database), Vercel (hosting and file storage) and Resend (email delivery). Your design file is stored at an unguessable link that we do not publish. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We use a bot check on the form that runs in your browser; it does not track you across other sites.

We keep your Request and design file while we are discussing or fulfilling it, and then for as long as we need them for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Residents of California (CCPA) and Canada (PIPEDA) have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. Email info@lifeisshirt.com and we will reply within 30 days.

The site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies; if a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you.
